Refund & Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our cosmetic products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on opened or used items.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the item and packaging

Once reviewed and approved, we will offer:

  • A replacement, or
  • A refund (issued to the original payment method)

Allergies & Sensitivities

Please review the full ingredient list before purchasing. As skin types vary, we cannot offer refunds for reactions, sensitivities, or allergies. We recommend conducting a patch test before full use.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch only. Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened or used products
  • Items returned without prior approval
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days, depending on your payment provider.
